Before you book

Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job properly, and send you a written quote at no cost and with no obligation to book us. We would rather quote accurately from the site than guess over the phone and revise it later.
How fast can you come out?
We reply with a day for the visit as soon as we have your message. If you mark your request as an emergency, such as a live electrical fault, a burst pipe or no water, it goes to the front of the queue.
Do you handle commercial as well as homes?
Both. Houses and apartments, plus offices, restaurants, guesthouses and hotel maintenance contracts. Commercial clients can put the servicing on a schedule so it does not get forgotten.
Can you supply the equipment too?
Yes. Air conditioning units, water heaters, pumps, consumer units and fittings. We quote supply and install, or fit equipment you have bought yourself. Either way, the installation is our responsibility.
What if something is not right after the job?
Tell us and we come back to look at it. If a joint we made leaks or a circuit we installed fails, that is ours to put right, and the terms are written on your quote. The equipment itself is covered by the manufacturer warranty.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your written quote before any work starts. For larger installations that usually means a deposit and a balance on completion. You always get a proper invoice.
